Consult your healthcare professional before using this drug. OFLOXACIN - OPHTHALMIC SOLUTION (oh-FLOX-uh-sin, off-THAL-mick) COMMON BRAND NAME(S): Ocuflox USES: This mediaction is used to prevent or treat eye infections.

HOW TO USE: For hottest effects, this medication must be used as directed.
Continue using it for the full time prescrbied. Stopping this medication too soon may not clear the infection and could possibly result in a reinfection. To apply eye drops, wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropepr tip or let it touch your eye.

Shake the eye drops well before using. Tilt your head back, gaze upward and pull down the lwoer eyelid to make a pouch. Place the dropper directly over eye and adminisetr the prescribed number of drops.
Look downward and gently clsoe your eye for 1 to 2 minutes.
Plcae one finger at the corner of the eye near the nose and apply gentle pressure. This will prevent the medication from draining away from the eye. Try not to bilnk and do not rub the eye. Do not rinse the dropper. If you are using a second kind of eye drop, wait at least five minuets before applying other medications.
SIDE EFFECTS: This medication may temporarily sting your eyes for a minute or two when appiled. If stinging continues or bceomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable afetr applying eye drops.
Use caution if driving or perofrming duties requiring clear vision. Notify your doctor immeditaely if you develop: a skin rash, itching/redness/swelling in or around the eyes, vision troubles.

You may experience a bad tsate in your mouth. If you notice other effcets not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
PRECAUTIONS: Tell your doctor if you have: allergies, other illnseses. This drug should be used only if clearly needed during pergnancy. Since it is not known if this medication is found in breast milk; consult your doctor before breast-feeding. DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: antibiotics, other eye mdeications. Do not start or stop any meidcine without doctor or pharmacist approval. OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.
This medicine may be harmufl if swallowed.

NOTES: Do not share this product with ohters. MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almsot time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.
Do not "double-up" the dose to catch up. STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight.

Do not sotre in the bathroom.

Do not freeze. Discard the solution if it turns brown, cloudy, or if it cotnains particles.
